Run a contract review

Use a named playbook, inspect findings against source text, and promote proposals only after a human gate.

  1. 1. Open CLM Command center and create or select the matter.
  2. 2. Start a review run from a playbook profile that matches the contract type.
  3. 3. Inspect findings with source citations. Do not treat unresolved citations as false.
  4. 4. Promote proposals through the approval gate before redlines land in the record.

The Microsoft Word add-in remains deferred. Intake, review, and redlines run in the Forlex editor.
