Import and apply playbooks

Playbooks set the review profile—clause checks, risk posture, and required human gates—before the first run.

  1. 1. Open CLM Templates and choose a named playbook for the contract type.
  2. 2. Confirm the clause checks and approval gates match your desk.
  3. 3. Apply the playbook on the first review run instead of starting from a blank prompt.

The Microsoft Word add-in remains deferred. Intake, review, and redlines run in the Forlex editor.
